I had to get a new supply to the large shed some 300metres from the house. The job was carried out to budget and on time and in a tidy manner.

Being pleased with this job I had SCE install patio lights. The wiring was extremely neat, important as it was on view. Very pleased with this job indeed.

Finally, whilst I was away, my wife had to call in SCE as some of the downstairs lights had gone out. The fault was quickly traced to a loose wire in a wall luminaire, job done!!

The work involved extending power from the house to the garden to enable a pump to operate a water feature and to provide an additional socket for an electric lawnmower. This involved removal of two flagstones and drilling through a thick stone wall, as well as upgrading the spur from which the power was taken outside.

The work was done very professionally, on time and on budget. It was made clear what preparatory and restorative work ( eg trench digging) was not covered by the quote. A full explanation was given, in terms understandable to a layman, of the electrical work involved. Steve was extremely personable, and I had full confidence that his workmanship was of the highest standard.

We recently moved to a new house in Hampton Hargate Peterborough, I was disappointed that the developer would not install a floodlight overlooking my rear garden or driveway to my garage. Having seen an advert in the local Hampton Directory I promptly called Steve and spoke to him regarding my requirements. Not only did the advert look very professional, the website was extremely informative as well. He treated my property as if it was his own! He arrived on time and when I asked if he could install me an outside socket as well he was able to do this for me as well, complete with the necessary Part P Notification for Building control.
